The material contained in the ‘Who’s Who in the Zoo’ Program for both Educators and for Parents is not to be used for any commercial purposes, which includes but is not limited to: Licencing; Sub-Licencing; Selling Copies of Pages; Distributing Copies of pages outside the Member School or Organisation or Parent or Individual Membership; Sharing of access codes for a fee; Charging a Fee to watch a presentation of the materials; Presenting the materials outside of the Member School or Organisation or Parent or Individual Membership.

Failure to adhere to these terms and conditions may result in the immediate cancellation of Membership and forfeiture of any fees already paid, and/or further Legal Action should it be deemed to be a serious breach of this agreement.
