By using our website or purchasing our products or courses, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Accounts & Access
If you're given login access to an online course, you're responsible for keeping your username and password secure and for all activity on your account. Please let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
2. Commercial Use of Course Materials
Materials provided as part of our courses and programs are licensed for use by the purchasing individual, school, or organisation only. Unless we've agreed otherwise in writing, you may not licence, sub-licence, sell, share access credentials for a fee, or distribute course materials outside your own membership, school, or organisation.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our website or courses for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that infringes the rights of AusIDentities or any other person.
4. Suspension or Termination
If we reasonably believe these terms have been breached, we may restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to our website or courses. Where practical, we'll let you know the reason and give you an opportunity to respond before taking this step, except where immediate action is necessary to protect our business or other users. Fees already paid are non-refundable in cases of confirmed breach, except where refund is required by law.
5. Liability
Our liability to you is limited as set out in our Disclaimer, which forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
6. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify AusIDentities against any loss, damage, or claim arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of our website or courses, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party. This indemnity does not apply to the extent that the loss, damage, or claim is caused by our own negligence or breach of these terms.
7. Refunds
Refunds for products and course access are handled under our Delivery, Refunds & Returns Policy. This section does not apply to in-person workshops, training, or coaching, which are governed by the terms agreed at time of booking.
8. Privacy
