As the Founder and CEO of AusIDentities, Michael developed one of Australia's first personality-based learning frameworks, using the characteristics of four iconic Australian animals to make complex ideas about temperament, communication and human behaviour both practical and relatable.
First released in 2005, AusIDentities has since grown into a comprehensive leadership and human-development framework used by schools, businesses and community organisations throughout Australia. Today, Michael's work extends well beyond personality profiling, helping leaders build stronger teams, improve communication, foster healthier workplace cultures and create environments where people can thrive.
Michael is an engaging and thought-provoking presenter, known for combining humour, storytelling and practical wisdom that challenges the way people currently think about leadership, communication and education, equipping his audiences with practical ideas they can apply immediately - whether that is in the home, the classroom or the workplace.

I believe the benefits of understanding the different values and core needs of our work colleagues, our young people and our significant others are immense. With this new and rich understanding we are able to communicate better and appreciate other people's points of view, laying the foundation for more harmonious relationships and better-informed choices. What a thought!
